⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Expected delivery is generally 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframes: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, minor personal fit issues or color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless due to quality issues.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In case of wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
