There may be delays in delivery, please consult us to confirm before purchasing.

  • If the customer chooses to pick up the goods by self-pickup (self-pickup needs to be arranged separately, please contact customer service before placing the order), the pick-up period is two weeks after the order is placed (Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays), please note that if you fail to pick up the order within the pick-up period, it will be treated as an abandoned order.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Except for the activities specified on the website, shipping charges are handled as follows:
  • You can enjoy free shipping when you shop online with a net purchase price of HK$280 or more. If the net purchase price is less than $280, you will be charged HK$80 shipping fee (limited to a single delivery location), including residential addresses and business addresses , SF self-pickup point and SF smart locker.

  • Regarding the delivery arrangement of some products, if SF Express cannot provide services for delivery to remote areas or delivery of large items, we will use other courier companies for delivery, please note. In case of any dispute, FIT MART reserves the right of final decision.
  • If the order is less than $280, a $80 shipping and handling fee will be charged.
  • If the delivery address is Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau or South Lantau (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha , Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.), an additional shipping fee of $10 will be charged, and the delivery service in remote areas and the range of surcharge charges, Click here for details.

Shipping area

  • Do not use a PO Box as a shipping address.
  • Limit to one address per order. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders for different addresses.
  • We will not provide delivery services to outlying islands (except the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung) and any restricted areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

    Delivery time and arrangement

    • Order processing time: within 2-4 days after placing the order, the cut-off time is 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
    • Delivery time: Express delivery (3-5 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
    • Orders that choose the general delivery service will be processed and delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the payment is successful and confirmed. The actual time depends on the stock.
    • If the customer fills in the wrong delivery/contact information, the delivery time will be affected/delayed.
    • Due to the epidemic situation, the delivery time may be delayed.

    Item Tracking / Change of Address

    • After the goods are shipped, FIT MART will provide the tracking number of the goods to the customer. If you need to change the address, please contact the express company to make another arrangement. The delivery time may be delayed, and the additional costs incurred must be paid by the customer.
    • If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact the express company to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to deliver repeatedly, your order may be cancelled, and FIT MART will not issue a refund.
    • After placing the order, if there is any change in the delivery address or the selected delivery time, please contact FIT MART immediately for arrangement.
    • A courier home delivery service does not include delivery to a residence. Therefore, if the customer causes damage to the items in the house during the moving period, FIT MART will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage.

    Special arrangements due to bad weather

    • When the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in force, or the express company judges that the weather is not safe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed. FIT MART will contact you to change the delivery date.

    In case of any dispute, FIT MART reserves the right of final decision.
