• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once opened, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged, hygiene products—such as intimate apparel, protective gear, shoe insoles, health supplements, and other personal care items—are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality defect.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receiving the goods; for incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, clearly deviates from its description, has a major quality issue, or if shipping damage has compromised the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
