These service terms inform you how our installation partners will provide assembly services to you, and how these products will be assembled at your chosen location. All installation services are charged separately, and our products themselves do not include installation services. Terms of Service
By placing an order and paying for any assembly service on the Fit Mart website, you agree to these terms of service.
If assembly service is not available for purchase on the product page and you require installation, please contact customer service to add and arrange it separately.
Each item comes with assembly instructions and guidelines in the box. If you require it, we are happy to provide an affordable assembly service. All installation services are charged separately, and our products themselves do not include installation services. (For the actual cost of assembly services required, please refer to the corresponding product page.)
Assembly service is limited to the installation of Fit Mart product components.
Assembly service and delivery service will be arranged separately. We will not expedite assembly service for any reason. After receiving the product, please contact Fit Mart customer service to schedule an assembly time. Your contact information will be provided to our installation partners, who will contact you to confirm the assembly service date and time.
Wall-mounting service for furniture is regulated by Sections 4 and 6 of the Environmental Protection Department's Noise Control Ordinance or by the building's Deed of Mutual Covenant. It can only be carried out on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 7 AM to 7 PM. Work is prohibited all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If you have any questions regarding the arrangement of the scheduled assembly time, please consult us before placing your order.
The scheduled assembly time is subject to the current workload of the installation department colleagues. The longest scheduling time is 1-2 weeks. Regarding wall installation, we recommend installation on concrete walls. If the customer chooses to install on a "non-concrete wall," the customer shall bear the relevant consequences and risks.
If assembly service was not added at the time of purchase and is required after receiving the product, an additional administration fee of $50 will be charged on top of the basic assembly service fee.
You are responsible for ensuring:
Our installation partners have sufficient space to provide assembly services at your chosen location.
All relevant areas at your chosen location are free from obstructions and the ground is stable.
There is sufficient space for the largest component of the unassembled product to be transported through your chosen delivery point to the area where the assembled product will be installed;
The assembly address must be the same as the delivery address for the purchased product.
Other Details
The assembly technician only provides assembly services. For teaching or usage questions/methods, please contact Fit Mart customer service.
If there are delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to actual circumstances such as traffic, location, weather, or other force majeure factors, our company shall not be held responsible, regardless of whether the cause of such delay or rescheduling is within our control.
Ensure that the ordered assembled product can pass through and be assembled in your chosen room in order, that it fits the space, and that it can be transported through the doors, stairs, and passages of the house, apartment, or room, and that there are no other items that complicate or create insoluble problems for the ordered assembly service.
Once the order is confirmed, related assembly services cannot be cancelled, and the payment for installation services will not be refunded.
The installation service must be utilized within one month from the date of receipt of the goods. If it exceeds one month, it will be considered that you have voluntarily forfeited the installation service, and we reserve the right not to perform the installation for the customer.
Please ensure your contact details are correct so that we and our installation partners can contact you regarding your order, delivery and/or assembly services.
If any damage or missing parts are found when the assembled product is delivered to you, our installation partners will deliver and install replacement parts for the assembled product on another date agreed upon by both parties.
An additional surcharge applies to some remote areas: Tung Chung, Tseung Kwan O Line: $50 Mid-levels, Village Houses, Southern District: $150 Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and other outlying islands: $200 If customers have any questions about the assembly address, please contact us.
Customers must carefully take care of and protect other furniture, furnishings, floors, walls, decorations and property. Our company will not be responsible for any damage caused during installation.
If we are unable to provide you with assembly services due to out-of-stock by the manufacturer, incorrect pricing, or problems with installation partners, we will notify you via email and the service will not proceed. If you have already paid for the assembly service, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible.
Installation service does not include handling installation waste, packaging, or cleaning.
Fit Mart reserves the right to interpret and amend the terms and conditions of this service. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
