⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Sourcing and Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Lead Time Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you if significant delays or unavailability occur.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian sourcing/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, minor issues with personal fit or color variation are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect shipment, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer’s labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
