⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Products are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing & Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refund, or exchange due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, we will handle them on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns/exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
