⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual receipt time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: The delivery date is not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-purchased/directly imported item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide additional commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or lack of fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing an order.
• Updates to Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Appearance During Transit: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variances. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
