⚠️ Canada Direct Import and Purchase Terms (Please read before ordering)

• Canada Direct Delivery and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Purchase Agency and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, choosing the wrong size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter according to the circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original packaging damaged, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the products, quantities, styles, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality problems, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
