• Direct Canadian Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped via international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of a significant delay or inability to supply, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian sourcing/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided, and our store does not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the current Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications, our store will handle the matter based on the actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.

If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
