⚠️ Terms for Direct Import and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Import from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, it is expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a direct import/agency purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or lack of fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing an order.
• Updates on Supply and Packaging: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal garments, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or if transportation damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
