⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please note before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. It is generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with the actual delivery time being approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. The website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; in case of incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
