⚠️ Canadian Direct Shipping and Sourcing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Canadian Shipping and Estimated Lead Time: Products are arranged for international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up.
• Sourcing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian sourcing/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit; please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version actually received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange (except for quality issues) once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
