⚠️ Canadian Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, with an estimated delivery time of 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation. The actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer repair, part replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizes, Colors, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable variations. Unless the product significantly differs from the chosen specification or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has significant quality issues, or shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
