⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipment and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in case of significant delays or unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once the order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences may arise due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a quality issue.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
