⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is purchased directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, style, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable differences. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal has been damaged, unless there is a quality issue.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checks with suppliers or logistics providers.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or issues caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
