⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Agency Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipment and Estimated Delivery: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the situation.
• Agency Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian agency/direct purchase product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible upon receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transport damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
