⚠️ Terms for Direct Canadian Purchase and Concierge Service (Please note before ordering)

• Direct Canadian Import and Estimated Timeframe: Items are air-freighted directly from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally estimated within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual arrival taking approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In cases of significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Concierge Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian concierge/direct import item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranties. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and details carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the matter based on the actual situation.
• External Appearance During Transit: Long-distance shipping may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Items such as intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please inspect the product quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, providing order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
