In case of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact and follow up as appropriate.

Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or unsuitable fit are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.

Website images are for reference only; the actual current version received from Canada shall prevail. • Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
