⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase & Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you and follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local official or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receiving Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; for incorrect shipments, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the goods are incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, have major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
