⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variances. Unless the product is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns and exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, and instructions for use, cleaning, and maintenance. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
