⚠️ Canada Direct Import and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Import and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual arrival time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-procured/directly imported item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it based on the actual circumstances.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Differences in body type, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the item clearly does not match the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless there is a quality issue) once they have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; for incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official manufacturer's label, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, deviates significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up based on the individual case. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
