• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada direct purchase/shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support as commercial warranty services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Transportation Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may result in reasonable variations. • Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
