⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please read before ordering)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Delivery: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing Agency and Local Warranty: This item is a direct purchase from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order has been submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect selection of size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version from Canada received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality problems.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with our suppliers or logistics providers.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or problems resulting from unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
