⚠️ Terms for Direct Purchase from Canada (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Direct Shipping and Estimated Lead Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframes: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian direct purchase/procurement. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, it does not come with a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Availability and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations in body shape, style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement may lead to reasonable differences. Unless the product clearly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, non-quality-related returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the order. In case of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
