⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping and Purchasing from Canada (Please read before purchasing)

• Direct shipping from Canada and estimated delivery time: Products are shipped directly to Hong Kong from Canada via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated timelines: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our shop will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and local warranty: This product is a procurement/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and our shop does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes after ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and packaging updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, our shop will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, color, and fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygiene products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are wrong items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our shop within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so we can verify with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human-made damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal rights: If the product is the wrong item, clearly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, our shop will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
