• Direct Shipping from Canada & Estimated Lead Time: Products are shipped directly to Hong Kong via international air freight from Canada. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Lead Time is Estimated: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistical arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability of goods, our store will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Procurement & Local Warranty: This product is procured/directly shipped from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local factory or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Order Placement: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual current Canadian version received will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it as appropriate.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.

• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt; if there is incorrect merchandise, shortage, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original factory labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
