• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged for international air freight from Canada directly to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt taking about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up based on the actual situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body shapes, footwear, wearing styles, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange (unless due to quality issues) once they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged.
• Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as you receive the goods. If there are wrong items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, providing order information, intact packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate checking with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If an item is incorrectly shipped, deviates significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
