• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you based on the situation.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, requests for cancellation, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. In the event of major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.

If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours, providing order details, full packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis.
