• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there are significant delays or if an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a proxy purchase/direct import from Canada. Unless stated otherwise in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle them based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, non-quality-related returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-made damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or has been damaged in transit affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
