In case of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact and follow up as per the actual situation.
• Pre-order and Local Warranty: This product is a pre-order/direct shipment from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
