⚠️ Canadian Direct Import and Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canadian Direct Import and Estimated Delivery Time: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian direct import/purchased item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong official or agent warranty is provided, and we do not provide repair, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please carefully check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual Canadian version received prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in physique, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurements may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not returnable or exchangeable if they have been unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, unless due to quality issues.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modification are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if transport damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
