• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air express to Hong Kong, typically expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is approximately two weeks. "Working days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong is provided. We do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
