⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, our store will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada at the time of purchase shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may arise due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items have been opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
