Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up in the event of significant delays or unavailability.
• Proxy Purchase and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian proxy/direct-shipped product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
