⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual delivery takes about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian direct purchase/import. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, part replacements, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please verify all options and information carefully before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada prevails. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches to the outer box. If the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable differences may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
