⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will contact you to follow up if there is a significant delay or stock unavailability.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canada procurement/direct shipping product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to changes of mind, wrong size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or poor fit; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version currently available in Canada upon arrival will prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is shipped incorrectly, differs significantly from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
