⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canada public holidays.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-procured/directly-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no Hong Kong local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided. We do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted. Please double-check all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada prevails. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, we will handle them based on the specific situation.
• Transit Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not accepted for return or exchange (other than for quality issues) once unpacked, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Issues caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong laws.
