⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Proxy Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Buying)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Goods are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time around two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Arrival dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up as appropriate.
• Proxy Purchase & Local Warranty: This product is a Canada proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repair, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted. Please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual Canadian version received will prevail. In case of significant changes to core models, quantities, or main specifications, our store will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer box. If the product itself, functionality, quality, and sealing are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: For intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are generally not accepted once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. In case of incorrect goods, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
