⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchase Terms (Please Read Before Ordering)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timing: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically estimated to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timing is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This item is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship product. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty is provided; we do not offer repair services, parts replacement, or technical support as a commercial warranty.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual product received from the current Canadian release will prevail. Should there be major changes to the core model, quantity, or primary specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer box; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the chosen specifications or description, personal fit issues or minor color variations are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the items, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. In the event of incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics providers.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the item is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
