⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeline: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, typically estimated to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual delivery time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeline is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up accordingly.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This item is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no original manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide additional commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version received will prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle them according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Sizing, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product is significantly different from the selected specifications or description, issues regarding personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not accepted for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt; if there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product's function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
