⚠️ Terms for Direct Shipping from Canada and Personal Procurement (Please Read Before Purchasing)

• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include local Hong Kong manufacturer or agency warranty, and we do not provide separate commercial maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colorways, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version currently received from Canada shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, footwear, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color discrepancies are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Intimate apparel, protective gear, shoe insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or if the original seal is broken.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please verify the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours, including order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-caused damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered inherent quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage affecting the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
