⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchasing Terms (Please read before purchase)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly to Hong Kong from Canada via international air freight. Delivery is generally expected within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of approximately two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframe as Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will contact and follow up on significant delays or unavailability.
• Purchasing Agency & Local Warranty: This item is a Canada purchase/direct shipment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty is provided, and we do not provide additional commercial maintenance services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Post-Order Changes: Once an order is submitted to our Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or fit issues; please carefully verify all options and information before placing your order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only; the version received from Canada at the time of order shall prevail. We will handle cases involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications accordingly.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transit may cause minor indentations, creases, or scratches on outer packaging; this is generally not considered a product quality issue if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals remain unaffected.
• Sizing, Color, & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to body shape, footwear, styling, screen display, and manual measurement. Personal fit issues or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues unless the item is significantly inconsistent with the selected specifications or descriptions.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene items are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals damaged, returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons are generally not accepted.
• Receipt Inspection: Please verify the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible upon receipt. For incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos to facilitate verification with suppliers or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original tags, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, possesses major quality issues, or transit damage affects the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
