⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping & Purchase Terms (Please read before buying)

• Canada Direct Shipping & Estimated Timelines: Items are shipped directly from Canada via international air freight to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation. Actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timelines: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchase Agent & Local Warranty: This product is purchased/shipped directly from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer's or agent's warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or ill-fitting items are generally not accepted; please carefully verify all options and information before placing an order.
• Supply & Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada will prevail. If there are significant changes to the core model, quantity, or main specifications, our store will handle it according to the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance transportation may result in minor indentations, creases, or scratches on the outer box; if the product itself, functionality, quality, and seals are unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color & Fit: Reasonable variations may occur due to different body types, shoe styles, wearing methods, screen displays, and manual measurements. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, related personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Underwear, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once opened, tried on, used, or if the original seal is damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the item, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receiving the goods; if there is a wrong item, shortage, significant damage, or quality issue, it is recommended to contact our store within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics.
• Usage & Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage affects the product itself, functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
