⚠️ Canada Direct Shipping and Purchase Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. Generally, delivery is expected within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframe is an Estimate: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing Service and Local Warranty: This product is a Canada-purchased/direct-shipped item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and we do not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or improper fit; please double-check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the actual version received from Canada at the time shall prevail. If there are major changes to the core model, quantity, or key specifications, we will handle it based on the actual situation.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor pressure marks, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its functions, quality, and seals remain unaffected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to differences in body shape, footwear, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly deviates from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Items: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, nutritional supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless for quality reasons.
• Upon Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order information, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for verification with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Use and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's tags, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-inflicted damage, or problems caused by unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly deviates from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its functions, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
