• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeframe: Products are arranged for direct international air freight from Canada to Hong Kong. They are generally expected to arrive within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with actual receipt time being about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong or Canadian public holidays.
• Estimated Timeframe: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or inability to supply, our store will contact and follow up according to the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipping item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local Hong Kong manufacturer or agent warranty, and our store does not provide separate commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
