• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeframe: Items are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual receipt time of about two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeframe: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. If there is a significant delay or items become unavailable, we will contact you to follow up based on the actual situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian proxy purchase/direct shipment. Unless otherwise specified in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong. We do not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are generally not accepted due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preferences, or improper fit. Please double-check all options and information carefully before ordering.
• Availability and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. We will handle situations involving major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight indentations, creases, or scratches to the outer box; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal remain unaffected, it is generally not considered a product quality issue.

If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's labels, size charts, usage, cleaning, and care guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or if shipping damage has affected the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be legally excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
