• Direct Shipping from Canada and Estimated Timeline: Products are arranged via international air freight directly from Canada to Hong Kong, generally expected to arrive within 10–14 business days after payment and order confirmation; the actual receipt time is approximately two weeks. "Business days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Estimated Timeline: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may be caused by supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or supply failure, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a direct purchase/shipping item from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, there is no local manufacturer or agent warranty in Hong Kong, and our store does not provide commercial warranty services such as repairs, replacement parts, or technical support.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and information carefully before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual current Canadian version received shall prevail. We will handle significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Logistics Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches on outer boxes; if the product itself, its functionality, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Variations may occur due to body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurement. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, issues related to personal fit or minor color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Personal clothing, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons once unsealed, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as you receive it; if there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, we recommend contacting our store within 48 hours along with order information, full packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Statutory Rights: If the product is the wrong item, significantly differs from the description, has major quality issues, or has sustained transport damage that affects the product itself, its functionality, quality, or seal, our store will follow up based on the specific circumstances.
