• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Timeline: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight, typically arriving within 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation; the actual delivery time is about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong/Canadian public holidays.
• Timeframes are estimates: Delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other situations beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you to follow up based on the situation.
• Purchasing and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian purchase/direct shipment item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agency warranty in Hong Kong is provided, and we do not offer commercial warranty services such as repairs, parts replacement, or technical support.
• Changes after Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit are generally not accepted; please double-check all options and details before placing your order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, color schemes, or details. Website images are for reference only, and the current Canadian version actually received shall prevail. In the event of major changes to core models, quantities, or key specifications, we will handle the situation accordingly.
• Transport Appearance: Long-distance transport may cause slight dents, creases, or scratches to outer boxes; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seal are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing style, screen display, and manual measurement may cause reasonable variations. Unless the product is clearly inconsistent with the selected specifications or description, such personal fit issues or slight color differences are generally not considered quality issues.
• Hygiene Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are unpacked, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, non-quality-related returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
• Delivery Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seal as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, major damage, or quality issues, it is recommended to contact us within 48 hours along with order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos so that we can verify with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the manufacturer's label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human-induced damage, or unauthorized modifications do not constitute product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly inconsistent with the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seal, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
