⚠️ Canada Direct Purchase and Procurement Terms (Please read before purchasing)

• Canada Direct Shipping and Estimated Time: Products are shipped directly from Canada to Hong Kong via international air freight. They are generally expected to arrive 10–14 working days after payment and order confirmation, with an actual arrival time of about two weeks. "Working days" do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timeframes are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight scheduling, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact and follow up with you based on the situation.
• Procurement and Local Warranty: This product is a Canadian procurement/direct-ship item. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, it does not include a local Hong Kong official or agent warranty, and we do not provide separate maintenance, parts replacement, or technical support services.
• Changes After Ordering: Once an order is submitted to the Canadian supplier, we generally do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size/color/style selection, personal preference, or poor fit; please check all options and details carefully before placing an order.
• Supply and Packaging Updates: Brands or suppliers may update packaging, labels, batches, colors, or details. Website images are for reference only; the actual version received from Canada will prevail. We will handle situations involving significant changes to core models, quantities, or major specifications on a case-by-case basis.
• Shipping Appearance: Long-distance shipping may cause minor dents, creases, or scratches on the outer packaging; if the product itself, its function, quality, and seals are not affected, this is generally not considered a product quality issue.
• Size, Color, and Fit: Differences in body shape, shoe style, wearing method, screen display, and manual measurements may lead to reasonable discrepancies. Unless the product significantly differs from the selected specifications or description, personal fit or minor color differences are generally not quality issues.
• Hygienic Products: Once intimate apparel, protective gear, insoles, health supplements, and other personal hygiene products are opened, tried on, used, or their original seals are damaged, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons.
• Receipt Inspection: Please check the product, quantity, style, appearance, and seals as soon as possible after receipt. If there are incorrect items, shortages, significant damage, or quality issues, please contact us within 48 hours along with the order details, complete packaging, and clear photos/videos for investigation with the supplier or logistics provider.
• Usage and Precautions: Please follow the official label, size, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.

Legal Rights: If the product is incorrect, significantly different from the description, has major quality issues, or transit damage has affected the product itself, its function, quality, or seals, we will follow up on a case-by-case basis. The above terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Hong Kong law.
