"Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong or Canada.
• Timelines are Estimates: Arrival dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to supplier processing, peak seasons, flight schedules, customs clearance, logistics arrangements, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In case of significant delays or unavailability, we will contact you and follow up as appropriate.
• Pre-order & Local Warranty: This product is a pre-order/direct import from Canada. Unless otherwise stated in writing on the product page, no local manufacturer or agent warranty is provided in Hong Kong. • Usage and Precautions: Please follow the original manufacturer's labels, sizing, usage, cleaning, and maintenance guidelines. Problems caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect use, accidents, human damage, or unauthorized modifications are not considered product quality issues.
